MMS19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMS19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,970 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMS19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTBP2, DDX50, and CCAR1. Each is linked with MMS19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMS19-to-partner and partner-to-MMS19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMS19 versus CTBP2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMS19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMS19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
