MMS19

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMS19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,114 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMS19-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLRX3, NPM3, and HLF. Each is linked with MMS19 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMS19-to-partner and partner-to-MMS19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMS19 versus GLRX3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMS19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMS19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
