Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMS19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,585 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMS19-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1P4, RNA5SP419, and LSM6P2. Each is linked with MMS19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMS19-to-partner and partner-to-MMS19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1P4 grouped by MMS19-low versus MMS19-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMS19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMS19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
