MMS19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMS19 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6,572 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMS19-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIRT7, RFX5, and MAGI1. Each is linked with MMS19 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMS19-to-partner and partner-to-MMS19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIRT7 grouped by MMS19-low versus MMS19-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMS19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMS19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
