MMP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,766 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FN1, MXRA5, and CTHRC1. Each is linked with MMP9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP9-to-partner and partner-to-MMP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP9 versus FN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
