Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,165 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRE3, BCL2A1, and CXCL3. Each is linked with MMP9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP9-to-partner and partner-to-MMP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP9 versus ADGRE3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
