Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Tuberin, and MEK1. Each is linked with MMP9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP9-to-partner and partner-to-MMP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by MMP9-low versus MMP9-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
