MMP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,116 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of entry of bacterium into host cell, Negative regulation of epithelial cell differentiation involved in kidney development, and Positive regulation of extracellular matrix organization. Each is linked with MMP9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP9-to-partner and partner-to-MMP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of entry of bacterium into host cell grouped by MMP9-low versus MMP9-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
