MMP27

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,855 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP27-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARG1, POLR1B, and ZDHHC14. Each is linked with MMP27 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP27-to-partner and partner-to-MMP27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP27 versus ARG1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP27→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
