MMP25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,550 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-54P, SIGLEC24P, and MIR5584. Each is linked with MMP25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP25-to-partner and partner-to-MMP25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-54P grouped by MMP25-low versus MMP25-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
