Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP25-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,159 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP25-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to vacuole, Positive regulation of establishment of protein localization to mitochondrion, and Regulation of binding. Each is linked with MMP25-AS1 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP25-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MMP25-AS1 results are reported.
