MMP24OS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP24OS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,575 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP24OS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB22A, MOCS3, and STAU1. Each is linked with MMP24OS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP24OS-to-partner and partner-to-MMP24OS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP24OS versus RAB22A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP24OS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP24OS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
