Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,494 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRP1, ZYX, and PRKG1. Each is linked with MMP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP2-to-partner and partner-to-MMP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP2 versus LRP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
