Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, EGFR_pY1068, and VHL. Each is linked with MMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP2-to-partner and partner-to-MMP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by MMP2-low versus MMP2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
