MMP19

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,637 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP19-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00702, RECK, and DCN. Each is linked with MMP19 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP19-to-partner and partner-to-MMP19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP19 versus LINC00702 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
