MMP19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,005 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP19-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, RN7SKP264, and TTTY11. Each is linked with MMP19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP19-to-partner and partner-to-MMP19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP419 grouped by MMP19-low versus MMP19-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
