MMP16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,362 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL5A2, FKBP7, and FLNA. Each is linked with MMP16 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP16-to-partner and partner-to-MMP16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP16 versus COL5A2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
