Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 599 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMP16-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRRD, EIF3L, and FBXO7. Each is linked with MMP16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP16-to-partner and partner-to-MMP16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP16 versus SRRD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
