Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMP16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH11, 4E-BP1, and Caveolin-1. Each is linked with MMP16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP16-to-partner and partner-to-MMP16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH11 grouped by MMP16-low versus MMP16-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
