MMP16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,334 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP16-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROBO1, CDH2, and NCDN. Each is linked with MMP16 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP16-to-partner and partner-to-MMP16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP16 versus ROBO1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
