MMP16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,004 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP16-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEPDC1, CAPZA1, and NFYB. Each is linked with MMP16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP16-to-partner and partner-to-MMP16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEPDC1 grouped by MMP16-low versus MMP16-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
