Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,337 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMP15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDH1, CIAPIN1, and ESRP2. Each is linked with MMP15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP15-to-partner and partner-to-MMP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP15 versus CDH1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
