MMP14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,859 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1R, CD276, and COL1A1. Each is linked with MMP14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP14-to-partner and partner-to-MMP14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP14 versus C1R in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
