MMP14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,005 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSE, ADAM19, and COL5A1. Each is linked with MMP14 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP14-to-partner and partner-to-MMP14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP14 versus DSE in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
