MMP14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 731 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSN2, EIF3L, and CCDC134. Each is linked with MMP14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP14-to-partner and partner-to-MMP14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSN2 grouped by MMP14-low versus MMP14-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
