MMP12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,969 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HK3, NCF2, and COLGALT1. Each is linked with MMP12 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP12-to-partner and partner-to-MMP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP12 versus HK3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
