Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,816 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP9, BCL2A1, and HK3. Each is linked with MMP12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP12-to-partner and partner-to-MMP12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP12 versus MMP9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
