MMP12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 337 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein monoubiquitination, Positive regulation of protein monoubiquitination, and Regulation of IRE1-mediated unfolded protein response. Each is linked with MMP12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP12-to-partner and partner-to-MMP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein monoubiquitination grouped by MMP12-low versus MMP12-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
