MMP11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,047 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISLR, COL3A1, and RAI14. Each is linked with MMP11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP11-to-partner and partner-to-MMP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP11 versus ISLR in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
