MMP11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,975 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ISM1, MXRA5, and COL1A1. Each is linked with MMP11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP11-to-partner and partner-to-MMP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP11 versus ISM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
