MMP11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, MEK1, and MSH6. Each is linked with MMP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP11-to-partner and partner-to-MMP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by MMP11-low versus MMP11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
