Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,507 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, ERAD pathway, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with MMP11 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP11-to-partner and partner-to-MMP11 results are reported.
