MMP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,144 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTN1, FAP, and TRIP10. Each is linked with MMP10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP10-to-partner and partner-to-MMP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP10 versus ACTN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
