Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,034 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICAL2, MMP13, and OSMR. Each is linked with MMP10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP10-to-partner and partner-to-MMP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP10 versus MICAL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
