MMP10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,243 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-TD, HMGN2P22, and OTULIN. Each is linked with MMP10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP10-to-partner and partner-to-MMP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MT-TD grouped by MMP10-low versus MMP10-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
