Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,640 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein import into nucleus, Regulation of positive chemotaxis, and Positive regulation of positive chemotaxis. Each is linked with MMP10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP10-to-partner and partner-to-MMP10 results are reported.
