Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MMP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RETN, CLEC4M, and C5orf52. Each is linked with MMP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP10-to-partner and partner-to-MMP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RETN grouped by MMP10-low versus MMP10-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
