MMP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,349 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGA5, DSE, and MFAP2. Each is linked with MMP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP1-to-partner and partner-to-MMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
