Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PDCD4, and TFRC. Each is linked with MMP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP1-to-partner and partner-to-MMP1 results are reported.
