Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMGT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,703 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMGT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4B, HTATSF1, and HUWE1. Each is linked with MMGT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMGT1-to-partner and partner-to-MMGT1 results are reported.
