MMGT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMGT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,882 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMGT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIE1, ICAM2, and GNG11. Each is linked with MMGT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMGT1-to-partner and partner-to-MMGT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMGT1 versus TIE1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMGT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMGT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
