MMD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,512 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OSBPL3_S34, S100A16, and S100A16_S103. Each is linked with MMD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMD2-to-partner and partner-to-MMD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMD2 versus OSBPL3_S34 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
