MMD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,358 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, PLOD1, and PLOD2. Each is linked with MMD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMD-to-partner and partner-to-MMD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMD versus P4HA2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
