Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,181 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMD-associated genes across cancer lineages are TULP2, CYP2C8, and RNF186. Each is linked with MMD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMD-to-partner and partner-to-MMD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMD versus TULP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
