Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMADHC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,902 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMADHC-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANK1, LDHA, and PLD4. Each is linked with MMADHC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMADHC-to-partner and partner-to-MMADHC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMADHC versus BANK1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMADHC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMADHC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
