Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMAA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,203 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MMAA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEKT4P3, MIR8064, and TYMSOS. Each is linked with MMAA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMAA-to-partner and partner-to-MMAA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEKT4P3 grouped by MMAA-low versus MMAA-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMAA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMAA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
