MLYCD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLYCD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,648 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLYCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRM, MELK, and AFAP1. Each is linked with MLYCD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLYCD-to-partner and partner-to-MLYCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLYCD versus NRM in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLYCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLYCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
