MLXIPL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLXIPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,292 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLXIPL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCCB, MCF2L, and ZSCAN18. Each is linked with MLXIPL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLXIPL-to-partner and partner-to-MLXIPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLXIPL versus PCCB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLXIPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLXIPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
