Across TCGA cell cohorts, MLXIPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,540 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLXIPL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Hexose mediated signaling, and Sugar mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with MLXIPL in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLXIPL-to-partner and partner-to-MLXIPL results are reported.
