MLXIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MLXIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,701 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MLXIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MLX, C1R, and NPRL2. Each is linked with MLXIP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MLXIP-to-partner and partner-to-MLXIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MLXIP versus MLX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MLXIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MLXIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
